Langatun The Organic is a Swiss single malt made only from organically grown barley, bottled at 46% ABV in a 50cl bottle. It is matured for 8 to 10 years in Chardonnay oak casks at the Langatun Distillery.
The Chardonnay casks bring fruit, freshness and a balanced spice alongside a gentle natural sweetness. It is made without added colour.
The nose offers fresh fruit and soft vanilla. The palate is full-bodied, balancing fruit with light wood spice, and the long, smooth finish has a touch of oak and a pleasant sweetness.
