Larceny Barrel Proof Batch A125 (62.5%)

This is a wheated straight bourbon from Heaven Hill Distillery, bottled uncut at 62.5% ABV (125 proof). It is the batch released in January 2025 and is non-chill filtered. Wheat in the mash bill gives the Larceny style its sweeter, softer character, and this barrel-proof version keeps that character at full strength. The nose is rich with caramel, vanilla and toasted oak. On the palate come dark brown sugar, baking spice and roasted nuts, leading to a long, velvety finish of deep oak, gentle cinnamon and a touch of molasses.
