Heaven Hill Bottled in Bond is a seven-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon, bottled at 50% ABV (100 proof) in a 75cl bottle. It follows the 6 year old bottled in bond that Heaven Hill discontinued in 2018, which had been sold only in Kentucky.
As a bottled in bond whiskey, it comes from one distillery and a single distilling season, and it was aged for at least four years.
The nose offers vanilla, caramel and aged oak, with a little leather and tobacco behind. On the palate, seasoned oak and spice come first, followed by tobacco, leather, graham cracker and butterscotch. The finish is medium to long, with cinnamon, caramel, cherries and vanilla.
