Larceny Barrel Proof is a Kentucky straight bourbon from Heaven Hill, made from a wheated mash bill of 68% corn, 20% wheat and 12% malted barley. This is batch B524, released in May 2024 at 62.7% (125.4 proof).
It is bottled at full barrel strength and is non-chill filtered. The whisky is between six and eight years old and has a light mahogany colour. Larceny Barrel Proof is released three times a year, in January, May and September.
