Larceny Barrel Proof Wheated Bourbon (75cl)

Larceny Barrel Proof is a wheated Kentucky straight bourbon from Heaven Hill, bottled uncut and non-chill-filtered at the natural strength of the barrels, in a 750ml bottle. It is released in three batches a year, marked A, B and C, and the strength changes from batch to batch, typically between 120 and 126 proof. Each batch is built from a small selection of barrels aged 6 to 8 years. The mash bill is corn and malted barley, with wheat as the secondary grain in place of rye. The nose is soft caramel, vanilla and brown sugar with baked pastry, while the palate brings butterscotch, cinnamon and dark fruit. The finish is long, sweet and warming.
