This is a 20 year old single cask Tasmanian single malt from Lark, released in 2022 as Legacy cask HHF584 and bottled at a cask strength of 68.6% in a 50cl bottle.
The whisky spent its first 15 years in French oak, then moved to a first-fill Bourbon cask for the final five. Bill Lark made the spirit during his time at another Tasmanian distillery, and it was left to mature largely untouched, with only small adjustments along the way.
The release forms part of the celebration of 30 years of Tasmanian whisky.
