Lark Christmas Cask II is an Australian single malt whisky in a 500ml bottle. It was matured in a cask that had held the fruit jus used by the patisserie Jean Pascal, which makes its own Christmas fruit mince pies.
The cask came from Frogmore Creek Winery, a neighbour of the Lark distillery. It was freshly emptied and crossed the road to be filled with Lark single malt. The whisky is described as having spiced maple syrup characteristics.
