Lark Christmas Cask II is a single malt whisky from Lark Distillery, in a 50cl bottle.
Lark's neighbours at Frogmore Creek Winery supplied a cask that had held the fruit mixture patisserie Jean Pascal makes by hand for its Christmas fruit mince pies. Once emptied, the cask crossed the road to the distillery and was filled with Lark single malt.
The whisky is described as having spiced maple syrup characteristics.
