Devil's Storm No. 183 is a limited edition Tasmanian single malt from Lark Distillery, in a 70cl bottle at 42% ABV. It was matured in first-fill vintage Port and Sherry casks, then finished in American oak.
The nose brings stewed plums, wildflower honey and scorched citrus, with roasted nuts and cacao. On the palate it is full-bodied, with dark chocolate, ripe blackberries and caramelised orchard fruits, plus a gentle thread of soft peat smoke. The finish is long and warming, with seasoned oak, burnt maple sweetness and delicate spice.
