Lark Distillery Christmas Cask 2022 is a seasonal release bottled at 44% ABV. It takes its character from red wine barrels from Frogmore Creek and from fruit mince pies made by pâtisserie Jean Pascal.
The nose is vanilla custard with brown sugar baked apples and Christmas spices: clove, nutmeg and cinnamon. On the palate come butter toffee sauce over plum pudding and freshly baked gingerbread. The finish is long, rich and warming.
