Lark Fire Trail is a Tasmanian single malt, made in Tasmania and matured in Port and Sherry casks. It is bottled at 41.5% in a 70cl bottle.
A touch of applewood-smoked character runs through it, alongside the fruit and sweetness from the casks.
The nose offers baked pear, caramel and citrus. The palate is silky and layered, with chocolate, stewed fruits, vanilla custard and gentle spice. The finish is long and warming, with lingering sweetness, cocoa and soft oak.
