Lark Legacy 20 Year Old is a single cask Tasmanian single malt from the Legacy Series, drawn from cask HHF584 at 68.6% in a 50cl bottle.
The whisky spent its first 15 years in French oak, then moved to a first-fill bourbon cask for a further five. Bill Lark made the spirit during his time at a renowned Tasmanian distillery, and it has matured for two decades since. It is one of the oldest single malts released under the House of Lark name, and it marks 30 years of Tasmanian whisky.
