Lark 20 Year Old Legacy is a single cask Tasmanian single malt, cask HHF584, from the Legacy Series, bottled at 68.6% in a 50cl bottle.
The whisky spent its first 15 years in French oak before moving to a first fill bourbon cask for a further five years. It was crafted by Bill Lark during his time at a Tasmanian distillery and left to mature on its own, with only small adjustments along the way.
It marks 30 years of Tasmanian whisky.
