Lark No.183 Devil's Storm is a Tasmanian single malt, bottled at 42% in a 70cl bottle. It carries a delicate note of Tasmanian peat smoke.
The whisky was aged in first-fill vintage Port and Sherry casks, then finished in American oak and in the distillery's own carefully seasoned casks.
The nose offers scorched red fruit, which gives way on the palate to smooth almond fudge and rich chocolate. The finish is warming and long.
