This is a limited release single malt from Lark in a 50cl bottle. Head Distiller Chris Thomson chose two Australian Oloroso-style casks from Seppeltsfield to finish a combination of ex-sherry and ex-peated Port single malts from the Coal River Valley Distillery.
It is described as syrupy with a light viscosity, with buttery baked goods and sweet puffs of peat on the nose, and toasted pastry with subtle peat smoke. The finish is a classic Oloroso one, melting into warm butter and browning bread.
