Lark – Rare Cask Mizunara Oak Cask 2025 Release Batch 003 Single Malt (70cl, 46%)

Lark Mizunara Oak Cask is a Tasmanian single malt, Batch 003 of the Rare Cask Series, released in 2025. Only 707 bottles were produced, each 70cl at 46% ABV. The whisky was matured for five to seven years in bourbon barrels, then finished in a Mizunara oak cask. The series brings together Japanese and Tasmanian whisky traditions, and Mizunara trees often take 200 years or more to reach maturity. The palate is described as complex, with rich and exotic flavours.
