Lark – Rare Cask Series Seppeltsfield Tokay 100 Single Malt Australian Whisky (70cl, 57.5%)

This is a Tasmanian single malt from Lark's Rare Cask Series, bottled at 57.5% abv and offered in 70cl and 10cl bottles. The whisky was finished in barrels that once held Seppeltsfield's blend of museum Tokay, which includes a parcel of wine from the 1922 vintage. Manuka honey comes through on the nose. The palate shows mocha, honeycomb, fudge and apricot, and the finish carries a note of Tokay iced tea.
