This is a Tasmanian single malt from Lark's Rare Cask Series, bottled at 57.5% abv and offered in 70cl and 10cl sizes. It was finished in barrels that once held Seppeltsfield's museum Tokay, including a parcel of 100-year-old wine from the 1922 vintage.
Manuka honey comes through on the nose. The palate offers mocha, honeycomb, fudge and apricot, and the finish recalls Tokay iced tea.
