This is a limited edition Tasmanian single malt from Lark, in a 50cl bottle. Casks that held port, sherry, bourbon, white oak and wine were selected from the Bothwell distillery, then finished in Frogmore Creek's ex-Ruby Pinot Noir fortified wine casks.
The nose is raspberry, jasmine, honeysuckle and frangipani. The palate brings mandarin, maple, meadow honey, macadamia and marzipan. The finish carries black cherry, orange blossom and toasted oak, with a note of vanilla bean whipped cream.
