Symphony N1 is a 2020 release from Lark and the distillery's first blended malt, put together from Tasmanian single malt whiskies. It is bottled at 40.2% in a 100ml bottle.
Head Distiller Chris Thomson combined whisky from American oak bourbon casks, sherry casks and port casks. The aim was a creamy, oily character, with the balance of sherry and the heavier depth of port set against the bourbon cask influence.
