Symphony No 1 is a limited edition Tasmanian blended malt in a 50cl bottle. It is the first blended malt from the House of Lark, made from Tasmanian single malt whiskies.
Head Distiller Chris Thomson brought together the complexity of American oak bourbon casks, the balance of sherry and the heavier depth of port. The whisky is described as creamy and oily, with a character that carries from the first sip to the last.
