Symphony No.1 is the first blended malt from Lark, made from Tasmanian single malt whiskies and sold in a 500ml bottle. Head Distiller Chris Thomson combined the complexity of American oak bourbon casks with the balance of sherry and the heavier depth of port.
It is described as creamy and oily in flavour, and full of life from start to finish.
