Symphony No.1 is the first blended malt from the House of Lark, made from Tasmanian single malt whiskies in a 50cl bottle.
Head Distiller Chris Thomson drew on a range of casks: American oak bourbon casks, sherry casks and port casks, which add a heavier depth.
The whisky is described as creamy and oily in flavour.
