Symphony Nº1 is the first blended malt from the House of Lark, made from Tasmanian single malt whiskies. This 2020 release is bottled at 40.2% abv in a 10cl bottle.
Head Distiller Chris Thomson combined several casks: American oak that held bourbon, sherry casks and port casks, which add balance and a heavier depth.
The result is described as creamy and oily, a malt full of life from start to finish.
