Symphony Nº1 is the first blended malt from the House of Lark, made from Tasmanian single malt whiskies. This 2020 release comes in a 100ml bottle at 40.2% abv.
Head Distiller Chris Thomson drew on three cask types: American oak that held bourbon, sherry, and port. Together they bring bourbon-cask complexity, the balance of sherry and the heavier depth of port.
The flavours are creamy and oily.
