Lark – Tasmanian Peated Single Malt (70cl, 46%)

Lark Tasmanian Peated is a single malt from Tasmania, bottled at 46% abv in a 70cl bottle. It sits in the Lark Signature Collection and carries the signature of Master Blender Chris Thomson. The whisky is lightly peated, made with peat from the island's Central Highlands bog and a post-malt smoking process. It is described as delicately smoky, with hints of woodsmoke, earthy peat and delicate florals. It can be taken neat or used to add a touch of smoke to a cocktail.
