The Christmas Cask is the 2023 release of an Australian single malt from Lark, bottled at 44.6% in a 50cl bottle.
It takes its inspiration from the fruit mince pies of Jean Pascal, a Tasmanian pâtisserie, and from red wine barrels from Frogmore Creek. The whisky is well balanced and approachable, made for sharing and for pouring with dessert on Christmas Day.
