Lark Wolf Release V is an Australian single malt in a 100ml bottle at 51% ABV. It is the fifth year of a shared project between The House of LARK and Wolf of the Willows, a brewery in Victoria.
The whisky combines Lark's tropical fruit-driven single malt with casks from the Wolf of the Willows brewery, and carries a roasted malt character lifted by fresh hops.
On the nose it is grassy with toffee apple, baked pear and hazelnut. The palate is mocha-led with roasted malt, dark chocolate and raspberry, and the finish recalls espresso ice cream alongside cream soda.
