Lark – Year of the Dragon Limited Edition (50cl, 46.8%)

This is a Tasmanian whisky from Lark, released to mark the start of the Lunar New Year and the Year of the Wood Dragon. It comes in a 500ml bottle at 46.8% abv. The label design comes from a collaboration with the artists Yao and Susu of Shenzhen's 1983, who brought Chinese New Year symbolism together with the craft of making whisky in Tasmania. The theme of the release is wood, which is central to the Year of the Wood Dragon.
