This is a cask strength Australian single malt from Launceston Distillery, bottled at 62% ABV in a 50cl bottle.
Nine small American oak casks, matured previously with bourbon, were vatted and left to marry before bottling. The whisky was double distilled and is non-chill filtered to retain depth of character.
It is described as light and engaging, with fragrant aromas.
