This is a single malt Australian whisky from Launceston Distillery, bottled at 46% in a 50cl bottle.
It began its maturation in ex-bourbon casks and was then finished in freshly emptied Caribbean rum casks. The colour is a dark gold.
On the palate it is bright and warming, sweet and zesty, with the rum notes leading over brown sugar, pear and citrus peel.
