Laws Four Grain 'Cask' is a straight bourbon from Laws Whiskey House in Colorado. It is made from corn, wheat, rye and malted barley, and bottled at 57.2% in a 75cl bottle.
The nose is of warm baking spices, caramelised sugar and a subtle note of dark fruit. On the palate there is rich caramel, vanilla and a hint of toasted oak, with spice and sweetness building in layers.
The finish leaves a lingering warmth.
