Laws Four Grain Straight Bourbon Cask Strength

This is a single barrel of Laws Four Grain Straight Bourbon, bottled at cask strength. The grains are corn, wheat, barley and rye, grown on two family farms in Colorado, using heritage corn and heirloom varieties of the others. The mash goes through an open-air, on-grain sour mash fermentation. The bourbon then spends a minimum of three years in 53 gallon charred white oak barrels, shaped by the high altitude climate and mountain spring water of the San Luis Valley and Eastern Plains of Colorado.
