A bottled-in-bond bourbon from Laws Whiskey House in Colorado, made from four grains and sold in a 750ml bottle. It is described as the first bonded bourbon in Colorado history.
In line with the Bottled in Bond Act of 1897, it is at least 4 years old, the product of a single season and a single distiller, and aged entirely in the distillery's federally bonded rickhouse.
Orange blossom, black tea, honey and dusty pepper mark the nose. Baked plums and black tea on the palate give way to a hint of orange coffee cake, and the finish is lingering sweet cinnamon.
