A Lambrusco IGT Antico Bruscone from Le Terre dei Farnese (Ceci), with a pleasant and immediate profile. It is bright ruby red, with compact fruity notes and delicate floral sensations on the nose. On the palate it balances freshness and softness, with medium body and gentle tannins supporting drinkability and an even persistence. It pairs easily with cured meats, mixed platters, rustic pasta dishes, tomato-based sauces, medium-aged cheeses, pizzas, cutlets and grilled preparations. Serve fresh, around 14-16 C, opening shortly before serving.
