Ledaig 10 Year Old is a peated single malt from Tobermory Distillery on the Isle of Mull. Ledaig is the distillery's traditional name for its peated make, and means "safe haven".
The whisky is aged ten years in oak and bottled at 46.3%, non-chill-filtered and with natural colour.
The nose is sweet, briny smoke with sea spray, light iodine, mint chocolate, wax polish and citrus. The palate is medium-bodied and oily, with peat, ash, vanilla, caramel fudge, honey and white and black pepper. The finish runs medium to long, with lingering peat, toffee, pepper and salty embers.
