A 1994 vintage from Ledaig, the peated style of spirit from the Tobermory distillery on the Isle of Mull. Gordon & Macphail bottled it at 19 years old for their Connoisseurs Choice range, in the New Map label design, at 46% ABV. It was distilled in 1994 and matured in American oak hogsheads. Ledaig is the former name of the Tobermory distillery, which was founded in 1798 under that name. Today it is the name given to the peated version of the spirit.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
