Ledaig Sinclair Series Rioja Cask Finish

Ledaig Sinclair Series is a peated single malt from the Tobermory distillery on the Isle of Mull, and the first release in the Sinclair series. The series takes its inspiration from John Sinclair, who founded the distillery. The whisky is made from heavily peated barley, matured in bourbon casks and then finished in hand-selected Rioja casks. It is described as smoky, with spice, grape and sweet berry aromas and a lingering saltiness.
