The release is named Step Back in Time, a nod to the distillery's old-world character.
The nose is savoury, with grilled pears, prosciutto and hints of tobacco, opening into sea-salted caramel, roasted pineapple and hazelnuts. The palate is bold and textured, with sultanas, stracciatella yoghurt and a meaty edge.
