This is a bourbon from Leopold Bros., aged for eight years in the distillery's dunnage warehouse and then finished in Three Chamber Rye whiskey barrels. The mash bill is 65% rye, 15% corn and 20% Leopold Bros. floor malt, fermented for 120 hours.
The nose brings orange marmalade, maple candy and cocoa, while the finish offers pear, vanilla and fresh lavender.
