Leopold Bros – Three Chamber Rye

Leopold Bros Three Chamber Rye is an American rye whiskey made in a Three Chamber Still, a design once widely used for rye. The still was meant to draw oils and aromas from the grain as well as distillate, giving a heavy-bodied whiskey. Production of this style stopped shortly after World War II. Leopold Bros re-engineered the still from old manuscripts and used Abruzzi rye, a heritage grain favoured by distillers before Prohibition.
