Leopold Bros Three Chamber Rye Holiday Edition is a limited-edition American rye whiskey from the 2022 release, labelled Bottled in Bond. It is bottled at 50% ABV in a 750ml bottle and is infused with natural flavours from spices and botanicals. It follows the Three Chamber method, a distillation process used for American rye before Prohibition, when the whiskey was marketed as 'heavy-bodied'. Leopold Bros re-engineered the process from old manuscripts and grew Abruzzi rye, a heritage grain favoured by pre-Prohibition distillers.
