Beam, who began his career in 1871 under his Uncle Jack Beam, and on the stills that Prohibition silenced. The seventh-generation distillers at Limestone describe it as what might have been. The nose is earthy with sweet sherry. The palate shows a hint of butterscotch, leading to a smooth finish with hints of dried fruit.
