Yellowstone 2022 Limited Edition is a Kentucky straight bourbon from Limestone Branch Distillery, released for the 150th anniversary of the Yellowstone brand. Master Distiller Stephen Beam blended bourbons aged 7, 15 and 16 years, then finished select barrels in Marsala Superiore casks, which held a fortified Italian wine.
It is bottled at 101 proof (50.5%) in an individually numbered 750ml bottle.
The colour is a rich caramel amber. The nose offers dried apricots, honey and a hint of tobacco. The palate brings dark brown sugar, dried fruit, walnut, dates and salted caramel, and the finish carries palm sugar, tamarind, chocolate and gentle spice.
