Yellowstone Select Kentucky Straight Bourbon (75cl, 46.5%)

Yellowstone Select is a Kentucky straight bourbon made at Limestone Branch Distillery in Lebanon, bottled at 46.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It is the main bottling of a revived brand, restored by Stephen and Paul Beam, seventh-generation distillers who founded the distillery in 2010. The whiskey is a blend of straight bourbons aged 4 and 7 years. The name comes from America's first national park, and a portion of the proceeds from each bottle goes to the National Parks Conservation Association. The nose brings rye spice, soft cherries and a little vanilla. On the palate there is smoked caramel and dark fruit with corn sweetness, and the long, warming finish carries smoky oak, brown sugar and a lingering rye kick.
