This is a single cask Lowland single malt from Lindores, distilled on 4 March 2021 and bottled on 1 December 2025 at 51.6%. It matured in a bourbon cask and then spent 14 months in a Palo Cortado barrique. Export Manager Elliot Wynn-Higgins chose the cask for Elliot's Exclusive Cask. The outturn is 338 bottles, non-chill-filtered and without added colouring.
The nose offers fudge, Scottish toffee, milk chocolate, orange peel and a little cinnamon. On the palate come oats and oat biscuits, juicy raisins and roasted almonds, with the nutty side of the Palo Cortado finish.
