This is a four-year-old Lowland single malt from Lindores Abbey Distillery, founded in 2017 on the historic grounds of Lindores Abbey. It was distilled in 2018, matured in a bourbon barrel and bottled in 2023 at a cask strength of 60.4% ABV, in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
It belongs to the Exclusive Cask series and is an original distillery bottling, made with local barley.
Vanilla and caramel on the nose come with fruity notes. The palate balances sweet and malty tones with a subtle spice, and the finish is warm and rounded with a touch of light sweetness.
