It was matured in four types of sherry cask: Oloroso, Pedro Ximenez, Amontillado and Palo Cortado.
The nose brings raisins, treacle and vanilla custard cream. The palate is rich and velvety, with dark fruits, nutty macaroons and pecans, and it leads to a long, spiced finish.
