This is Lindores Abbey New Make Spirit, bottled in a 20cl size. It comes from Lindores Abbey Distillery, which first released its new make spirit to the public in 2018.
The distillery uses only locally grown barley. The original abbey is named in the earliest written reference to distilled alcohol in Scotland, which is why the site is described as the spiritual home of Scotch whisky.
