The Cask of Lindores Bourbon Cask Batch I is a single malt from Lindores Abbey Distillery, a Lowland distillery founded only a few years ago. It was matured in bourbon casks and is bottled at 49.4% in a 70cl bottle.
The palate recalls creamy Werther's caramel with lychee, before warming oak and white spices take over. The fruit and spice run through to a smooth finish with lingering warm spices.
